Return policy
Our restaurant offers a refund policy in the following situations:
1. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please inform your server immediately so that we can address the issue. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be provided.
2. If you receive the wrong order or items are missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake. A refund may be issued if the error was on our part.
3. If you need to cancel a reservation for a large party or event, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds may be provided for any deposits or prepayments made.
Please note that refunds may be issued in the form of a credit to your original payment method or as a gift card to be used at our restaurant.
Refunds are subject to management approval and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
